Also with the app it has a very secure logging on system so that call times cannot be cut down by staff members, there is also a satellite navigation system so that it can notify the office of any traffic staff members may be stuck in, so that service users can be notified which reduces complaints about being late, this app sends all information after the call is completed to the office to prevent loss of paperwork.
